NetSuite doesn't automatically email your invoices or schedule your overdue followups, and most customisations cost as much as a vital organ. easyDun does the work without the massive price tag.

what it does
Emails transactions for you. Invoices, credit memos and payment receipts go out on schedules you set, filtered by location, department or class. Your customers' contacts can be copied in, too.
Sends statements in bulk. End-of-month statements, with your choice of PDF and email template.
Chases overdue customers by email. Anything from weeks overdue to hours overdue. Help your customers to not be so outstanding.
Books the followup call. Each call lands in NetSuite as a Phone Call, ready for someone to pick up the phone. You can also get a morning summary of the day's followups.
Bills sales orders. That thing where you manually filter a list of sales orders and bill them by hand. But automatic.
Other small time savers. Applies credit memos to the oldest invoices, applies available credit to new invoices, and shows open deposits on sales orders.
how it works
Subscribe. Tell us your NetSuite account ID at checkout.
We share the bundle with your account within 1 to 2 business days, and email you when it's ready.
Install it from Customisation > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles. Search for "easyDun".
Set it up on one Settings page. easyDun arrives switched off, so nothing goes out until you're ready.
good to know
easyDun only emails transactions dated after you install it. Switching it on won't send last year's invoices.
Each transaction is emailed once, then marked so it isn't sent again.
The schedules you set follow your company's time zone, and you can skip weekends.
